What makes TeakCo furniture different from other retailers?
We source only Grade A kiln-dried teak from sustainable plantations. This ensures our furniture has the highest oil content and density, making it naturally resistant to rot, pests, and weather without the need for chemical treatments.
How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For oversized items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow up to 21 business days for our specialized carriers to schedule a delivery window with you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Does my furniture require assembly?
Most of our dining tables and chairs arrive fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Detailed instructions and all necessary stainless steel hardware are included in every shipment.
How do I maintain the natural honey-gold color of my teak?
To maintain the original color, we recommend applying a teak sealer once a year. If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-grey patina over time.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all TeakCo products come with a 5-year structural warranty for residential use and a 2-year warranty for commercial use, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.
